When I started reading this book I was struck by a couple of basic assumptions made by the author. First, that you can speak of Wicca, Witchcraft, and Goddess Spirituality without making endless qualifications about the inter-relationship between them. No attempt to say that Wicca is a post-1950 religion, that Witchcraft is not a religion, or that Wiccans are white-light fluff-bunnies. Second, that so long as opinions are clearly identified as just that, OPINIONS, then an individual has the right to state them. |
